Your "order is ready" texts go out from a dedicated number we set up for you — the reliable way, and it works whether your shop runs on a cell, a landline, or an internet line. Your own number stays private and unchanged — we show it in every text as the callback, so customers still reach you.

Do customers give you their phone number when they drop off an order? * This is the customer's OK to be texted about their order — required by phone carriers before we can send.
Do you have a business website? * No problem if not — we'll set up the compliance page for you.
Do you have an EIN (business tax ID)? An EIN lets us register you on the faster, higher-volume tier.
